As a key cooperation project under the China-Kazakhstan "Belt and Road" production capacity collaboration, the large-scale aluminum project invested and constructed by China's East Hope Group in Kazakhstan is progressing steadily and approaching completion. With a total investment exceeding 12 billion US dollars, the project plans to build a vertically integrated closed-loop industrial chain covering "bauxite - alumina - electrolytic aluminum - green power", boasting world-leading scale and technological level. It is reported that the aluminum project will be implemented in three phases. The first phase will involve the construction of an alumina plant with an annual output of 2 million tons, an electrolytic aluminum plant with an annual output of 1 million tons, and supporting 3 gigawatts of wind power and other renewable energy power generation facilities, with commercial operation expected in 2028. The project boasts significant core advantages: on one hand, it leverages Kazakhstan's abundant bauxite resources and preferential policies to reduce raw material procurement and transportation costs from the source; on the other hand, it adopts a "green power direct connection" model, reducing carbon emissions by 40% compared with traditional processes. Fully compliant with the EU Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) standards, the project can smoothly avoid carbon tariff barriers, with products supplied directly to high-end markets in the EU, Central Asia, and China. Upon completion, the project will not only promote Kazakhstan's industrial transformation from "resource export" to "product manufacturing" but also create over 10,000 permanent jobs, achieving mutual benefit and win-win results for both China and Kazakhstan in economic development and industrial upgrading.

An appropriate pitch temperature facilitates full infiltration of pitch, improves the plasticity of paste, reduces pitch consumption, and more effectively enhances the bonding performance and compactness of carbon block raw materials, laying a solid foundation for subsequent forming processes. The customized Hydraulic-Crusher, optimized for the characterlstics of raw materials required for aluminum production with improved crushing chamber structure and wear-resistant component design, not only achieves efficient material crushing and precise particle size control but also features stable operation, convenient maintenance, and low energy consumption, adapting to the large-scale continuous production needs of the project. The customized Four-column Guiding Vacuum Vibrocompactor system can flexibly adjust pressing parameters according to the production requirements of prebaked anode carbon blocks of different specifications, ensuring consistent product dimensional accuracy and structural strength, while boasting high-efficiency forming and low rejection rate, greatly improving production efficiency and raw material utilization.
