HP-EVC800 Series Extrusion Vibrocompactor is mainly used for the production of prebaked anode. Our company apply the guide mechanism of extruder to the anode vibration molding machine. The vibrocompactor is equipped with a vacuum system, simple in structure, easy to maintain, accurate in counterweight and top mold positioning, and small height difference in four corner of the product.

The whole equipment consists of paste conveying device, carbon paste homogenizing kneader, measuring feeding device, mold, vibration forming device, constant pressure pressurizing device, lifting guide device, auxiliary frame device, water cooling conveying device, vacuum pumping system, hydraulic control system and electrical control system
