HP-H(H)KC Series High Efficient Preheating Kneading Cooling System is mainly used in the preparation of paste in carbon industry, for the production of prebaked anode, aluminum cathode, graphite electrode, special graphite and other products. After the aggregate is heated to the specified process temperature in the preheating machine, it enters the kneading machine to complete the kneading of the dry material and the binder pitch, forming paste with good plasticity, and the paste enters the cooling machine to be cooled to the specified forming temperature.

HP-H(H)KC High Efficient Preheating Kneading Cooling System is equipped with new efficient high-temperature tank, high-efficient high-temperature mixing blade, safety monitoring system of rotary joint, new sealing device of mixing blade shaft end, safety protection device of mixing blade, real-time monitoring system of mixing blade, pitch uniform feeding device, transmission system with strong bearing capacity and reliable operation, convenient replacement of lining plate, accurate temperature measuring device, etc, to ensure the operation of equipment is efficient, stable and reliable.

DRY MATERIAL PREHEATER

Multiple strengthening-heating technologies are adopted, dry materials can be heated up to 180℃ in 30min when HTM is 260℃.
Technical Performance
1. High preheating quality
It adopts tangent and differential mixing blade dry material mixing and heating technology,by which materials constantly contact heat transmission surface of equipment directly to realize efficient mixing and heating.
2.Fast heat transmission and high temperature
Adopt efficient high temperature tank patent technology (invention patent number: ZL201210124643.8), new type mixing blade patent technology(Patent No.: ZL 201610897074.9、ZL201610897263.6),overall heating patent technology (invention patent number: ZL200420018996.0),mixing blade heating patent technology (patent number: ZL200620085174.3),discharge gate heating technology lining plate and tank seamless fitting technology.
3. Guarantee dry material particle size proportion
Use special equipment to process the inner diameter of tank and bearing hole of tank end plate, the high machining precision guarantees gap requirement between mixing blade and tank and prevents particles from grinding during mixing and heating.

4. Temperature measurement is accurate
Adopt new temperature measuring technology (patent No.: ZL201420490132.2) to improve temperature measuring performance of thermo-responsive and anti-interference.
5. Perfect air tightness
Adopt combined overlapping metal ring to form multiple sealing(patent number:ZL 2014 2 0490187.3) to guarantee no carbon powder leakage from shaft end of mixing blade; Hydraulic rotary lock discharge gate has excellent air tightness, sealing surface of which will never wear out that air tightness is reliable with no material leakage from discharge gate.
6. Fast discharge, no material residue
Mixing blades push material spirally to discharge fast. Material is discharged out completely from bottom discharge gate in less than 2min without residue left.
7. No powder leakage during material dis- charge
Sealing hopper seals discharge door completely, no powder is leaked during material discharge. All hydraulic executive mechanisms of discharge door are set outside of sealing hopper for convenient observation and maintenance.
8. High wear-resistance lining plate
Mixing blade is surface-welded with wear-resistant layers, rigidity of which is up to HRC665, and service life of mixing blade is 20 years. New type wear-resistant manganese steel material is used as lining plates with high strength after thermal treatment. Service life of lining plates for anode production is 15 years and 1 year it is for cathode and carbon electrode production.
9. Mixing blade structure suitable to high temperature work environment
Bearing moves when mixing blade stretches longer under heat to avoid bearing blockage caused by mixing blade stretching longer. Bearing chamber has cooling structure which guarantees normal work temperature of bearing and it extends service life of bearing Bearing chamber has cooling water jacket to guarantee work temperature of bearing under high temperature and extend its service life. Mixing blades run normally under high temperature.
10. Reliable operation of transmission system
Transmission system is composed of master motor, P series hard teeth reduction gear, bearing capacity of which is 3 times that of common teeth reduction gear, so that equipment will not be damaged in case of foreign hard things falling inside the tank and blocking mixing blades.
11. Low noise
It is machined by special equipment, it has good concentricity, the operation is smooth, service life is long, and operation noise of the entire machine is less than 80dB.
12.PLC full automatic control
PLC control and internet communication s adopted to measure display and transmit equipment running and status parameters at real time (optional configuration). Three kinds of operation mode–internet automatic, single machine automatic and manal–guarantee the machine itself can run automatically no matter if upstream and downstream machines are automatic.

HP-CPK Series Carbon Paste Kneader (invention patent number: ZL20141 0430160.X,ZL201420490132.2) adopts a number of patented technologies, which guarantee excellent paste kneading quality, best sealing performance with no dust and pitch smoke leakage.
Technical Performance
1. High mixing quality
It adopts intersectant, synchronous mixing blade technology from Japan. Mixing blades radius exceeds the middle of tank which en- larges actuating area; two mixing blades have the same spiral climbing direction but different rotating direction, one mixing blade pushes material to the middle and the other one pushes to both sides, material flows like “8″ in the tank.
The section of the blade is elliptic which pushes materials to move along with vertical direction of the elliptic section, squeezing action is intensified, material granules are fully mixed ,mixing and kneading effect is strengthened.Elliptic section does not stick to material easily and the surface of mixing blades is free of materials.
2.Fast heat transmission and high temperature
Adopt efficient high temperature tank patent technology (invention patent number: ZL 2012 1 0124643.8) (this is customized configuration), overall heating patent technology (invention patent number: ZL2004 2 0018996.0), mixing blade heating patent technology (invention patent number: ZL 2006 2 0085174.3) (this is customized configuration), discharge gate heating technology, lining plate and tank seamless connection technology.
3. Guarantee dry material particle size Proportion
Use special equipment to process inner diameter of tank and bearing hole of tank end plate, machining precision is high and it guarantees gap requirement between mixing blade and tank to prevent particles from grinding during dry mixing and heating.
4. Pitch distribution is uniform
Pitch distribution device is mounted on cover to add pitch into the tank uniformly through multiple points, inclusion of dry material block in paste is avoided.The device is heated by heat transfer oil to avoid solidified pitch blocking the device.

9.Bearing structure of mixing blade is reliable
Mixing blade shaft adopts self-aligning roller bearing and double-direction thrust bearing design which overcomes axial force of mixing blade and prevents mixing lades from axial shifting and service life of bearing is longer. Bearing structure is fixed on one side and movable on the other side, which eliminates influence of thermal expansion and prevents mixing blade from seizing after it is heated by heat transfer oil.
10.Reliable operation of transmission system
It adopts hard teeth reduction gearbox and synchronous gearbox split structure with full lubrication and reliable operation. Hard teeth reduction gear, bearing capacity of which is 3 times of common one, together with gear coupling, guarantees high bearing capacity of transmission system. Hydraulic clutch can adjust transmitted torque according to the load to provide overload protection, and allow the machine to restart with load in case of some special conditions (such as restart after stopping during running).
11. Low noise
It is machined by special equipment to get good concentricity, making the operation smooth, service life long, and operation noise of the entire machine less than 80dB.
12. PLC full automatic control

CARBON PASTE KNEADERING COOLER

HP-PKC series paste kneading cooler (Invention Patent No 20121099062.3) is international leading kneading machine.It adopts low temperature kneading technology the paste is kneaded again while cooling, kneading quality is further improved.Paste after cooling s dispersive with agglomeration, and pitch smoke is completely discharged, and it reaches international level of similar products.
Technical Performance
1.Low temperature mixing and cooling
Adopt carbon paste cooler technology (Invention Patent NO.: ZL 2012 1 0099062.3), paste cooler technology(patent No.: ZL 2009 2 0273347.8) to knead under low temperature while cooling carbon paste. After carbon paste is kneaded and cooled down to 130℃ (such temperature is related to the features of pitch), with the decrease of temperature, the formation of pitch adsorption layer on aggregate surface is more active, and the layered structure of pitch adsorption layer tends to be arranged in order, which is beneficial to improve the conductivity of carbon products.
2. Molding volume density is improved by 0.02
Carbon product molding and finished product volume density are improved by 0.02 under the same molding condition..
3. Yield is improved by 2-5%
Carbon product defects are eliminated, yield of finished product made by cooled carbon paste is improved by2-5% under the same process condition.
4. Amount of pitch is reduced by 2%
Pitch consumption amount in the previous “mixing” production procedure is reduced by more than 2%.
5. Cooled paste is incompact
The carbon paste cooler technology is adopted by which special designed mixing blades mix and scatter paste powerfully.
6. Cooled carbon paste is of uniform temperature
Carbon paste is mixed and cooled down by circulating cooling medium simultaneously.Two mixing blades rotate synchronously but in opposite direction, so materials flow in order in the tank, which homogenize the paste temperature and property, minimize mixing resistance and save equipment driving power.
7.Cooling efficiency is high
Adopt mixing blade heating technology (patent No.: ZL 2006 20085174.3, mixing blade has cooling medium inside to cool down paste), whole area heating technology (patent No.. ZL20042 0018996.0),intensive heat transmission jacket, material discharge gate cooling and lining plate and tank seam- less-fitting and other cooling-intensifying technology.
8. Pitch smoke completely escape
The specially designed mixing blades scatter the paste constantly to make it incompact escaping of pitch smoke is thus speeded up.
