On March 15, Fangda Carbon GDR was officially listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange. The listing ceremony of Fangda Carbon on the Swiss Stock Exchange was held at HNA Tower in Beijing. Fangda Carbon successfully completed the book-building offering of GDRS on the Swiss Stock Exchange, placing an order of 200 million US dollars, and finally placing 22 million shares, raising a total of 190 million US dollars. The investor structure of this issue is diverse, domestic and foreign long-term and strategic investor orders account for more than 70%, and nearly 40 investors have been attracted to participate. Thus, Fangda Carbon became the first enterprise in China’s carbon industry to successfully issue GDRS and go public on the SIX Swiss Exchange, and the first A+G listed company in western China.
Fangda Carbon announced on December 19 last year that the company has recently received a conditional approval from the Swiss Stock Exchange Regulatory Authority on the company’s issuance of Global Depositary Receipts (GDRS) and listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange. The Swiss Stock Exchange Regulatory Authority granted the company’s issued GDRS to be listed on the Swiss Stock Exchange after meeting the customary conditions.

Hwapeng HP- H(H)KC series High Efficient Carbon Paste Preparing system is mainly used in preparation of carbon paste for production of prebaked anodes, cathodes, graphite electrode, special graphite, carbon electrode paste, ramming paste and other products. After heated to the set temperature in the preheater, dry aggregates are discharged into the kneader to be mixed with liquid pitch to achieve homogenous paste with good plasticity. The paste is discharged into the cooler to achieve the set forming temperature.
