The year 2022 is destined to be an extraordinary year for graphite anode materials. In 2023, graphite anode materials will ride the waves, and Mysteel predicts that the shipment volume in 2023 will be around 1.5 million tons. graphite anode materials will speed up the integration of upstream and downstream resources and the deep integration of industries, which will lead to further improvement of concentration ratio, and CR5 production capacity increased by 27.68% year on year. In 2023, the 4680 battery is already on the eve of large-scale production, and silicon based graphite electrodes will begin to be released. Industrialization is approaching, and after years of dormancy, it is about to erupt. In the future, sodium electricity is expected to break the constraints of lithium resources, and the determination of pathways such as biomass, resin based, pitch based, and coal based will become the key to accelerating the industrialization of hard carbon graphite electrodes.

In order to timely understand the latest research achievements and industrial development trends of graphite anode materials, promote large-scale downstream applications, clarify main needs, strengthen industry exchanges, and promote collaborative innovation between industry, academia, and research, Shandong Hwapeng participated in the 2023 Innovative Research and Application of Graphite Anode Material Seminar hosted by Shanghai MySteel Union Information Technology Co., Ltd. (Mysteel) on March 30, 2023, jointly hosted by Sunstone Development and Shanghai Futures Exchange.

The conference sincerely invites experts, scholars, engineering and technical personnel, representatives of traders, procurement and sales of battery cell factories, equipment manufacturing enterprises, etc. related to the graphite anode material industry chain to gather together for full exchange, brainstorming, and mutual learning, with the aim of substantively promoting the further development of China’s graphite anode material industry.

The CV-AIV+CS Series Artificial Intelligent Robotic Cleaning System of Baked Anodes was innovated by Hwapeng which is an artificial intelligent cleaning robot developed to clean baked anodes. lt uses deep learning artificial intelligent algorithmsto perform 3D reconstruction of the obtained high-precision, high-density image point clouds, obtain the position and shape char-acteristics ofanode blocks, and realize accurate cleaning.
